About

Traditional medicine. Contemporary understanding.

Ming Acupuncture is a clinically grounded acupuncture and integrative medicine practice focused on function, vitality, resilience, and long-term health.

Chinese medicine views wellness as more than the absence of symptoms. Health is cultivated through treatment, movement, nourishment, recovery, and lifestyle choices. We practice multimodal care— acupuncture alongside related techniques—informed by modern clinical reasoning.

Structure and function are connected. Pain management should support restored movement and strength. Prevention and longevity matter. When another provider is a better fit, we may recommend a referral.

The practice is located within Health Link Chiropractic in Hanover County, Virginia, serving the Greater Richmond community.

Care designed around the person in front of us—traditional medicine with contemporary understanding.

Federica Mingotti, L.Ac., LMT, began her holistic-health path with naturopathic certification in Italy in 2013. She first explored food energetics in response to her own experiences with weight management, low energy, and headaches, then continued into massage therapy, acupuncture, and herbalism.

Her clinical interests include pain management, pelvic-floor concerns, and digestive-system imbalances. She uses a multimodal approach and helps patients understand possible conventional and traditional care options, seeking appropriate, proportionate interventions for the present condition.
