We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as communicated at booking or in your confirmation materials.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and repeated late changes may affect future booking privileges. Illness and emergencies are considered with discretion — please contact the practice as soon as you can.
